Job Overview

The Business Operations Assistant will provide support to the Director of Finance.  This position will handle a range of accounting, human resources and administrative support.  The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive and resourceful, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.  Compensation includes competitive base salary and generous benefits.

  • 2+ years accounting education/experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Code and process accounts payable
  • Invoice customers and post invoice payments
  • Collections on outstanding receivables
  • New employee onboarding
  • Maintain employee records
  • Prepare and process expense reports
  • Assistance in preparing weekly and monthly management reporting
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Follow through on issues in a timely manner
