The Company

iTriage LLC is a growing and entrepreneurial global developer of mobile and web consumer healthcare applications. The company was co-founded by two emergency medicine physicians in 2008 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, USA.

The iTriage platform and consumer mobile app was launched in 2009. It offers a proprietary Symptom-to-Provider™ pathway that helps people answer the two most common health care questions: “What could be wrong?” and “Where should I go for treatment?” iTriage includes thousands of symptoms, conditions, procedures, medications, and providers (hospitals, urgent cares, and doctors).

Since launch, millions of consumers in more than 80 countries have downloaded the free iTriage app on their iPhones and Android devices. iTriage has earned an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars in both the iTunes App Store and the Android Market. In addition, thousands of health care providers have partnered with iTriage to share critical information about their facilities and medical practices, making it more efficient for patients to access the healthcare system.

Job Overview

The B2B2C Marketing Manager will be a critical role and is accountable for planning and executing marketing programs with our customers to (i) help retain, renew, and up-sell existing customers, and (ii) effectively drive awareness, mobile downloads, and usage of iTriage to our customers’ audiences: employees, patients, communities, etc. This position reports directly to the COO/VP Marketing, and may have future responsibility for growing and managing a small team of marketing managers. Compensation includes base salary and generous benefits.

  • Experience using web conference tools (GoTo Meeting, WebEx)
  • Have a strong sense of accountability and deadlines, and take pride in your accomplishments
  • Are self-motivated to work independently, calling on the expertise of team members when needed
  • Have at least five years of technology, web and/or mobile apps marketing experience, including strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of all marketing programs
  • Have a proven track record of successfully driving marketing programs.
  • Have previous and deep healthcare/hospital marketing experience
  • Have direct experience working with and supporting aggressive sales teams, as well as product and technology teams
  • Have a BS degree in Marketing or equivalent, MBA a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and contribute to the company’s B2B sales strategies, and work directly with the VP Sales and sales executives
  • Implement marketing programs with our customers to: (i) launch our customers’ usage/promotion of our products to their audiences, (ii) drive customers’ results through our product implementations (iii) help retain, renew, and up-sell existing customers, and (iv) effectively drive awareness and mobile downloads and usage to our customers’ audiences: employees, patients, communities, etc.
  • Programs will include planning and executing; press releases (with our PR resources), customer events and trade shows, direct email campaigns to customer audiences, customer sponsored webinars, customer social media marketing, customer employee outreach, developing and providing branded iTriage collateral/assets to all customers, etc.
  • For each customer, manage and execute an annual marketing/PR programs plan
  • Analyze customer ROI product and market metrics, translate into executable local marketing plans, and drive effective results
  • Initiate web conference and face-to-face customer meetings and build relationships
  • Participate in customer meetings with our Sales Executives
  • Travel 25-50% to our national customers
  • In the future, may be accountable for hiring, building, managing a small team of Customer Marketing Managers
