The Company
iTriage LLC is a growing and entrepreneurial global developer of mobile and web consumer healthcare applications. The company was co-founded by two emergency medicine physicians in 2008 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, USA.
The iTriage platform and consumer mobile app was launched in 2009. It currently offers a proprietary Symptom-to-Provider™ pathway that helps people answer the two most common health care questions: “What could be wrong?” and “Where should I go for treatment?” iTriage includes thousands of symptoms, conditions, procedures, medications, and providers (hospitals, urgent cares, and doctors).
Since launch, millions of consumers in more than 80 countries have downloaded the free iTriage app on their iPhones and Android devices. iTriage has earned an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars in both the iTunes App Store and the Android Market. In addition, thousands of health care providers have partnered with iTriage to share critical information about their facilities and medical practices, making it more efficient for patients to access the healthcare system.
Job Overview
The VP Marketing is a senior management role accountable for leading the company’s strategy and execution for all marketing, PR, and brand. This position will lead a small marketing and PR team that is crucial to driving awareness, consumer usage, and customer ROI. This position reports directly to the COO. - Have at least 10 years of B2C, B2B, Brand and PR experience
- Have Internet/website and mobile apps marketing experience, including mobile advertising, SEM, and social media marketing
- Have healthcare provider marketing experience and knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Have experience guiding and partnering with sales teams
- Have experience leading, building, and managing marketing/PR professionals and teams
- Have a BS degree or equivalent, MBA a plus
- Develop and own the overall iTriage marketing/PR plan: goals, strategies, tactics, results, etc.
- Execute the plan, and be accountable for achieving all consumer (B2C), customer (B2B and B2B2C), PR, and brand metrics
- Drive and manage our overall consumer acquisition (B2C) strategies and execution tactics via; mobile advertising, SEM, and targeted awareness, brand, and PR campaigns, etc.
- With our Sales and Product teams, develop all B2B product value propositions/customer benefits
- Develop leading B2B sales tools (traditional and digital), and execute lead generation campaigns: email, call, webinars, events, etc.
- Manage overall in-bound B2B leads processes and tools (Eloqua, SalesForce, etc.).
- Lead all customer and channel marketing programs and activities to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal.
- Drive and manage overall PR strategies and tactics
- Lead, build and manage a team of marketing and PR professionals
- With the management team, drive brand strategy and execution
- Be part of and contribute to the management team
- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for iTriage offerings and activities
